'My Heart Awakes'

I wrote a wee poem to go with her - 

"As the dawn breaks, 
My heart awakes,
To love and pain and beauty.
I rise from my bed,
Embrace day ahead,
To create and fulfil my duty.

To fill the time,
With line and rhyme,
Colour, hope and feeling,
With strength in my heart,
I'm loving each part
Of life, and now all is healling".
